Faye Weng is my 2 nd realtor, and I am glad that I made the right decision.  As a first-time home buyer, I was frustrated at the beginning since I had little knowledge plus my finance is out of town most of the time.  Luckily, Faye spent time on educating me the whole home buying process with great patience.  She also showed me different ranges of homes with variety of locations.  Most importantly, she did not simply persuade us to buy something that we are never able to afford.  Her philosophy is that we should have the same quality of life before and after we get our dream home. 

Within a month, we actually found our home that we both like.  During the offer making process, again, Faye gave me very helpful tips to make our offer attractive to the buyer in a competitive situation.  Therefore, we succeeded at our first bet.

Faye has business and accounting degrees.  Therefore, she is always able to answer our questions with her best of knowledge.  Sometimes, she voluntarily provided us some house related tips with her personals stories.  In addition, we liked the loan agent she recommended.

In my eye, Faye is a smart, honest, and very efficient realtor with great enthusiasm and patience.  I would recommend her to my friends with my personal experience.
