Faye made some suggestions to make the house more presentable, and brought in people to provide the cleaning at a reasonable price. Faye listed our property on multiple listing in both San Mateo and San Francisco counties. She held routine open houses; she made up a professional flyer describing the house and advertised the property on both her web-site and in the local newspapers. During the process Faye kept us abreast of activities on the house, and activities of other competing properties, and offers. Faye assisted us through every phase of the process, communicating with both me and my co-owner sister.

We are very pleased with the service Faye Weng performed for us, her understanding of our needs and desires, her professionalism and her energy.
