Faye Weng represents the utmost professionalism in every way possible. Our first meeting with Faye Weng was at an "Open House" in our neighborhood. From our first impression, we found her to be very personable, pleasant, informative on the "Housing Market" issue, & humble, not to mention, she was not your typical high pressure, pushy salesperson. Several months later after meeting with a few other Real Estate Agents as possible choices, we agreed that it wasn't hard to choose Faye to be our Agent to represent us, as she made us feel very comfortable.

From that point on we found our instincts were right by the way she displayed herself. She was professional in every way, courteous, very efficient (especially when it came to all stages of the paperwork), conscientious, sharp, articulate, prompt, and above all caring, compassionate & humble, which put us very much at ease. She was always prompt in returning our phone calls. She even made a visit to our home out of "genuine concern" a couple of times for issues that may have presented themselves during a very stressful time. We always felt that she went over and above what was expected of her.

If we could sum it up in one word.."EXCELLENCE" would be the best description of "Faye Weng" and we would never hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone in the market looking to sell or buy a home.

Our experience was a very "SUCCESSFUL", "PROFITABLE" and above all "ENJOYABLE" one because of all the QUALITIES Faye possesses!! She is a very "GENUINE" individual. If we were to sell our home again, it would be of course "FAYE WENG" that we would choose to be our Real Estate Agent!

We feel after working and doing business with her (which was very pleasant) that she is definitely, in our opinion, a "ONE OF A KIND" Agent and should be recognized as a major "ASSET" to your company.
