I had some hesitation to tour this house on Whipple Ave. in Redwood City, because of its location on quite a major street. But the visit to this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home was surprisingly pleasant!
The house has quite a set back from the street with its colorful front garden leading to this country English home. The beam vaulted ceiling in the living room welcomes you with its openness and spaciousness. Even though it is less than 1,300 sq ft living space, it feels airy and spacious throughout this 2 bedroom home.  If you like outdoor living, this is it for you. This San Carlos single family home isn’t large. With only 1520 sq ft of living space, this house has 3 bedrooms and only 1 bath. The tricky thing is that one of the bedrooms is in the attic space, so some are assuming the house was originally built with only 2 bedrooms.
